Package
If you buy a package with us the relevant Package Terms & Conditions will apply which will be made available to you at the time of booking.
Once you have submitted your booking request, you should receive a Booking Request Acknowledgement Email. You, the person entered as the Lead Booker, enter into a contract with us when we issue our Booking Confirmation Email. If you decide to cancel your package, cancellation charges will apply. Initially this is your deposit amount, charges can rise up to 100%. You can make changes to your booking in certain circumstances however this may incur a charge. We hold the right to change and cancel your booking which will be compensated in certain circumstances.
If you are purchasing a package the following applies. The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. We will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, we have protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that the transport provider becomes insolvent. Advantage Access Pass
These Advantage Access Pass Terms and Conditions for the British & Irish Lions warm up game set out the basis on which we sell advantage access passes. You must accept these Terms & Conditions to purchase an advantage access pass.
The Turnover
These Turnover Offer Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we will operate The Turnover. You must accept these Terms to participate in The Turnover. A Turnover is not a financially protected product and will not benefit from any ABTA or ATOL financial protection.
The Priority Access Pass
These Priority Access Pass - Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we sell our Priority Access Passes for the British & Irish Lions Tour 2025 (PAP). You must accept these Terms to purchase a PAP from us. A PAP is not a financially protected product and will not benefit from any ABTA or ATOL financial protection.

These Priority Access Pass - Gold Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we sell our Priority Access Passes - Gold for the British & Irish Lions Tour 2025 (PAPG). You must accept these Terms to purchase a PAPG from us. A PAPG is not a financially protected product and will not benefit from any ABTA or ATOL financial protection.
Ticket Ballot Promise
These Ticket Ballot Promise Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which we operate our Lions Rugby Travel ticket ballot promise for the 2025 Tour. You must accept these Terms to take part in the Ticket Ballot Promise. These Terms apply to the Ticket Ballot Promise only.

If you provide us with any Special Categories of Personal Data during or after the booking process, by confirming you have read the Privacy Policy and Package Terms & Conditions and proceeding with the booking you explicitly consent on behalf of you and all Party Members that we may collect and use it in order to provide our products and services in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not allow us to process any Special Categories of Personal Data, please do not provide it to us, however this may mean we are unable to provide all or parts of the services you have requested from us. In such circumstances you will not be entitled to cancel or obtain a refund of any price you have paid.

Suitability
Due to the nature of attending sporting events, there may be considerable walks, queuing, extended travel time, limited space and other practicalities associated with large crowds of people. If you have concerns as to whether this is suitable for any of your Group, please contact us.

Financial Protection and ABTA
We are a member of ABTA. Please see www.abta.com. This means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday. If your booking includes a flight it will be financially protected by the ATOL scheme under our membership number 3030.
