Travel Insurance

We consider adequate travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to be essential and as such we make it a condition of our contract with you. We strongly advise that insurance is put into place at the point of contract with us to ensure you are covered in the event of unforeseen cancellation. For further information regarding insurance, visit Travel insurance | ABTA and Foreign travel insurance - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)Your travel insurance should cover the cost of cancellation up to the total package price, medical expenses, loss of luggage or money, personal liability claims, participation in activities, costs of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident, injury, illness or death.

You promise and undertake on behalf of yourself and each Party Member to:

  • Arrange travel insurance.
  • Not hold us responsible for any costs incurred by any Party Member of your party due to your (or their) failure to take out adequate insurance
  • Indemnify us for any costs incurred by any Party Member due to your (or each Party Member’s) failure to take out adequate insurance.

Confirmation of the above in no way limits or excludes your statutory rights or limits the legal obligation owed to you where the providers of your holiday/travel arrangements (such as an airline, coach or accommodation provider) are at fault. By booking a travel package with us you agree to the indemnity detailed above and detailed during the booking process.

Health Precautions Before You Travel

If you have a medical condition or allergy, it is essential that you consult your GP in advance of your trip to ensure you have taken all necessary health precautions. Some countries require vaccinations with multiple doses over several weeks, so we advise arranging your appointment at least six weeks before departure.

For up-to-date medical advice and guidance, you may find the following resources helpful:

Get healthcare cover abroad with a UK GHIC or UK EHIC

The UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) lets you get necessary state healthcare in the European Economic Area (EEA), on the same basis as a resident of that country. This may be free or it may require a payment equivalent to that which a local resident would pay.

The UK GHIC has replaced the existing European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). If you have an existing EHIC you can continue to use it until the expiry date on the card. Once it expires, you'll need to apply for a UK GHIC to replace it.

Please note that the UK GHIC is not a replacement for travel insurance. We advise you to have private travel and medical insurance for the duration of your trip.

Health Questionnaire

We want everyone to enjoy their experience, and we are here to help you along the way. If you have a food allergy / intolerance, medical condition or a disability that can be assisted by selected stadium seating, domestic and international travel arrangements, airport assistance, ground transport specifications, or specific accommodation requests, we kindly ask that you complete the questionnaire below.
