A barnstorming 31-31 draw. The Lions raced into a 10-0 lead thanks to a break out try from Seymour and scored again through George North.
Some of the skill on show was remarkable and the Hurricanes swept back with tries from Vaea Fifita, Wes Goosen, Ngani Laumape and Callum Gibbins. The Lions were well ahead going into the final quarter, but the hosts summed a frenetic finish to salvage a draw.
