Can I buy more tickets?
As the official travel company of the British and Irish Lions, we are committed to selling tickets as part of a package. We will have a variety of different packages available: hotel and ticket, flight and ticket, fully escorted tours and a design your own escorted tour option. Therefore we have been set up in order to create a ‘lions’ experience for the supporters on tour. This cannot be achieved by just selling the tickets.
When will we receive our match tickets?
For security reasons it is likely that all match tickets included in inclusive tour packages will be distributed within Australia at some point prior to each game. You will be asked to produce your match ticket voucher and to sign for the receipt of the correct number of tickets.
Certain packages may have their tickets sent to them in the UK before departure, but this will be clarified to you well in advance of travel.

When will I receive my travel documentation for my tour?
You will receive your final travel itinerary and match ticket voucher approximately 2 weeks prior to your date of travel
How and where will my travel documents be delivered?
Travel documentation will be sent by courier to the address stated on the booking form unless you have notified us otherwise.
As the packages are delivered by courier they will need to be signed for and you should notify us of an alternative delivery address if no one will be at the address on the booking form during the day.
What is included in the travel package documentation that I will receive?
The courier will deliver to you, your final itinerary, luggage labels, match ticket vouchers (where appropriate) and other general information regarding your tour and Australia. In addition your tour kit will be delivered at the same time.
What tour kit will I receive as part of my travel package?
A full range of quality kit is always included as part of our travel packages. Exact items will be finalised towards the end of 2012 and communicated to all clients.
